I am of the opinion that their QC is terrible and I predict the quality of their materials is shoddy. Carvin kept blaming it on UPS but there was no external signs of damage to the boxes. Every time they sent her replacement units there was something wrong with them - the worst was damaged cabinets. She spent (I'm not kidding) three months shipping cabinets back and forth trying to get 4 working units. Two of the four arrived damaged (one with broken cabinet, one with bad tweeter) - no shipping damage - just bad QC. She was buying 4 PA speakers for a karaoke system. That's good enough for me.ģ) Speakers - here's where it gets really bad. ![]() I guess that's a common problem though.Ģ) Bass amp & Bass guitar - great stuff! They make good guitars but I remember the input jack going bad a couple of weeks after I got it. Some pots didn't work (from just sitting there). I seem to remember they had a problem with the silkscreen legends being wrong but I don't remember what exactly. Not so great for recording but it was decent enough for live work.
